26.04.09
— Pre-orders Begin for “SIGUSA,” a New Bottled Tea Brand for Restaurants —
From April 17 (Fri) to April 29 (Wed/Holiday), a dedicated space to experience “HANAAHU TEA” arrives at Roppongi Hills.
We are pleased to announce that “HANAAHU TEA,” a next-generation tea pairing brand, will host a special booth at “CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2026 with OMAKASE byGMO at ROPPONGI HILLS.” At this renowned celebration of Japanese sake, “Japanese tea”—a symbol of Japanese culture alongside sake—will take center stage as a new protagonist to enrich the dining experience.

Enjoying Japanese Tea Like Fine Sake or Wine
HANAAHU TEA was born from a collaboration of top industry leaders, including Chief Brand Officer (CBO) Hidetoshi Nakata, master tea blenders, sommeliers, and creative directors.
At this event, we will serve four varieties from the “Harmony of the Seasons” series—representing Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter—prepared using the ideal “cold brew” method to maximize flavor and aroma. Whether as a refreshing palate cleanser between sakes or as a deep dive into the profound world of tea, visitors can experience a level of taste recognized by top professionals.
Pre-orders for Restaurant-Exclusive “SIGUSA” and the First General Sales Launch
The booth will also mark the debut of “SIGUSA,” a bottled tea crafted exclusively for restaurants using “water from a special source” discovered by Hidetoshi Nakata during his 15 years of travels across Japan. We will be accepting advance reservations for restaurant industry professionals on-site.

Furthermore, we are lifting the ban on general orders for the “Paulownia Wood Box Set,” allowing customers to enjoy the “Harmony of the Seasons” series—previously only available at select top-tier restaurants—at home. This set, which blends tradition with modern sensibility, is also perfect for gifting. It will be available for order on our official website starting with this event.
