One of the highlights of CRAFT SAKE WEEK is the exclusive limited menu created by renowned chefs from high-end restaurants with reservations that are difficult to come by both domestically and abroad.
This luxurious lineup offers a variety of possibilities for Japanese sake, which goes beyond the traditional image of Japanese cuisine, and pairs perfectly with not only Italian and French cuisine, but also Thai and Vietnamese cuisine.

During the 10-day event, 5 restaurants will exhibit during the “first half” from April 21st (Fri) to April 24th (Mon), 5 during the “latter half” from April 25th (Tue) to April 29th (Sat), and 5 will be featured only on the “final day” on April 30th (Sun).
Admission to the CRAFT SAKE WEEK venue is free and open to the public, and it is also possible to enjoy only the food. We are open every day from 12:00 to 21:00 (last order 20:30) at Roppongi Hills Arena, so please feel free to stop by for lunch, dinner, or a treat after work!

We also have a staff of sake sommeliers who hold qualifications in Japanese sake, so please ask for their recommended pairings and enjoy Japanese sake to the fullest!
