From Friday, April 17th to Wednesday, April 29th (National Holiday), 2026, Roppongi Hills Arena will be transformed into a premier stage where the finest Japanese sake meets world-class gastronomy.
Marking a significant 10-year milestone, this edition of “CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2026 with OMAKASE byGMO at ROPPONGI HILLS” is a special celebration. It honors the journey we have shared with the breweries and chefs who have shaped Japanese food culture, while looking ahead to a vibrant future.
This year’s festival features a record-breaking 130 breweries. Each has been meticulously selected from across Japan by a panel of experts—including Hidetoshi Nakata, top-tier chefs, and renowned sommeliers—through rigorous blind tastings. Ten distinguished breweries will be featured daily, each curated under a unique theme, offering guests a luxurious opportunity to rediscover the profound depth of sake.
The culinary lineup is equally impressive, with a record 20 participating restaurants. From legendary establishments that have graced past events to highly sought-after venues that are notoriously difficult to book, these masters will converge to offer original menus created exclusively for these 13 days.
