■ Redefining Food Culture: The Four Culinary Themes

This year, we present four distinct themes symbolizing the richness of Japanese gastronomy. Each theme features an exclusive menu created for this event by renowned, hard-to-book restaurants and visionary chefs.

April 17 (Fri) – April 20 (Mon)

“The Experts’ Choice: The Forefront of Sake & Food” Featuring restaurants selected by the popular”GEATaste” project from the lifestyle magazine GOETHE. The lineup includes five restaurants recommended by true epicureans: Mr.Toru Kenjo (President of Gentosha), Mr.Yasushi Akimoto (Broadcasting Writer), Mr.Kundo Koyama (Screenwriter), and Hidetoshi Nakata (Producer of CRAFT SAKE WEEK).

April 21 (Tue) – April 25 (Sat)

“Spoonful of Magic: The Essence of Sake and Seasoning” A unique collaboration focusing on the world-class seasonings and ingredients of Japan. Using traditional elements like nori (seaweed), dashi, miso, salt, and ginger, top chefs have crafted original menus specifically for this event, expressing the charm of Japanese seasonings in entirely new ways.

April 26 (Sun) – April 28 (Tue)

“Ten Years of Memories: A Decade Honored with Sake” The most beloved restaurants from past CRAFT SAKE WEEK events return. Celebrate a decade of history with the masterful techniques and artistry of these popular establishments. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy the flavors that have defined our event’s legacy all in one place.

April 29 (Wed/Holiday)

“Master Artisans: The Future of Sake and Food Culture” On the final day, five highly exclusive, hard-to-book restaurants that rarely participate in such events will converge. In honor of “Juyondai Day,” these culinary masters will present a luxurious lineup of special menus, offering a rare taste of Japan’s most prestigious dining experiences.
