Finally, the eagerly awaited CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2024 at ROPPONGI HILLS kicks off this Thursday!
We are thrilled to announce the selection of restaurants participating at this year’s event.
A total of 15 restaurants will be featured, including popular restaurants that are normally difficult to book, as well as renowned regional restaurants that are highly regarded both nationally and internationally!
This year, for the first time, the event will also showcase restaurants run by producers who champion Japan’s culinary culture through the cultivation, production and sourcing of artisanal ingredients and condiments.
In addition to exclusive dishes that are only available at the event, you can experience a superb selection of food prepared by top chefs, which can be paired with sake, or simply enjoyed on their own.
During the event, five restaurants will be featured for the first five days (Thursday 18 to Monday 21 April), followed by a new lineup of five restaurants for the next six days (Tuesday 22 to Sunday 28 April), and five world-class restaurants appearing specially for the final day (Monday 29 April), so you can enjoy a diverse array of culinary delights each time they visit, so be sure to stop by!

For those who do not wish to drink sake, such as those intending to use the restaurant for lunch, it is possible to enjoy the food alone; in this case, please purchase additional coins only.
