We’re excited to announce that YOIYO, Lotte’s craft sake chocolate brand, will be making a special appearance at CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025 at ROPPONGI HILLS!

At the event, you’ll have the rare chance to get your hands on a limited-edition treat: YOIYO Sake Ganache [Kokuryu Brewery] Kijoshu, carefully curated by JAPAN CRAFT SAKE COMPANY, led by CSW organiser Hidetoshi Nakata. This exclusive ganache will be available in limited quantities only at the venue.

When it first launched last year, the initial batch sold out in just two days — and the same thing happened when it was briefly re-released in February. Since then, it’s become a viral, hard-to-find item.

Crafted with Kijoshu from Kokuryu, one of Japan’s top breweries, this ganache perfectly blends the rich, elegant flavour of sake with the smoothness of fine chocolate.

This is your only chance to enjoy this special chocolate at CSW 2025 — don’t miss it!

Sales Period: Friday 18 April – Tuesday 29 April 2025
Location:Inside the CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2025 venue at Roppongi Hills
Price:2 pieces / 3 coins, 1 box / ¥1,500 + tax (cashless payments only)

【▼About the 18th Release in the YOIYO Series】
The 18th edition of the YOIYO series, YOIYO Sake Ganache [Kokuryu Brewery] Kijoshu, was created under the supervision of Hidetoshi Nakata. Developed with the concept of “a perfectly delicious ganache chocolate to elevate moments of relaxation and lively conversations with friends,” the team set out to find a sake that would complement the chocolate without overpowering its flavour.

With deep expertise in both sake and chocolate, Nakata tasted over 30 different types of sake, comparing their compatibility with chocolate. This meticulous process led to a collaboration with Kokuryu Brewery, known for its exceptional Kijoshu. Founded in 1804, Kokuryu Brewery is one of Japan’s most renowned and respected breweries. Upholding the family motto “Make Good Sake,” they continue to pursue excellence by using the finest sake rice from top growing regions across Japan to produce premium-quality sake.
