Celebrating its 10th anniversary, “CRAFT SAKE WEEK 2026 with OMAKASE by GMO at ROPPONGI HILLS” will host a series of special talk sessions.
Under the theme “Updating Japanese Culture: Strategies to Preserve ‘Authenticity’ for the Next 100 Years,” visionary leaders—including Hidetoshi Nakata, renowned sake brewers, top chefs, traditional artisans, and tech experts—will discuss strategies to evolve Japanese culture into a globally competitive industry.
